Micro has developed special and unique relationships with major suppliers and wholesalers which allows us to draw on resources as large as any Chain or Mega-Store. Micro offers a product line of technology products in excess of 100,000 items. We operate a telephone sales/support line exclusively for educators with full-time staff available 5 days a week to help customers choose the right products for right job while making sure they get the full benefit of any special pricing available to education accounts. Micro also supports a staff of field reps who visit customers on-site to help them assess their needs and develop solutions tailored to their individual situation.

On-Line Resource

Micro has developed an Educator Web Site that allows customers to access information on the products we offer. Customers have firsthand access to detailed product information and tech notes to help them make informed buying decisions. Once the decision has been made the order can even be entered on-line using a procurement card.

Service and Support

Micro operates a fully-stocked service center with trained technicians to provide customers with fast, high-quality repairs and technical support. We have a full-time MCSE on staff to help solve the most complex technical problems with networks and communications. Micro currently supports over 4,000 student laptops in Washington State.

Since its inception, Micro has focused the majority of its resources on the Education Market. We are the largest "Compaq Certified Education Partner" (CEP) in the Pacific Northwest and the second-largest Toshiba "Notebooks for Schools" reseller in the United States. Through years of first-hand experience Micro has developed an exceptional understanding of the needs of Education customers.

In addition to being a major player with Compaq and Toshiba, Micro is also an influential authorized dealer for Hewlett-Packard, and IBM. Our high profile with major suppliers insures us an effective voice with major manufacturers in representing our customers and getting help with special problems.
