Micro Computer System's service department is an authorized service provider for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, IBM Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Epson. We will fix any brand out of warranty, just call ahead or email to let us know what the product is. Nearly all repair work is done at our Lynnwood, Washington location. If we can not service your product at our site, we can usually help to facilitate the repair of your product. Call us if you are unsure how to proceed. We would like to help you.
Onsite Repair / Pickup and Deliveries
We have many onsite service contracts as well as a pickup and delivery schedule with local school districts. If your repair workload is more than your staff can handle, or if you don't have an in house repair staff please give us a call. We would be happy to come to your site and repair your equipment or if the workload is not very high we can pick up the equipment and fix it at our service department to be delivered once it is completed. The process is made very easy with our online repair submission form and online status updates.
Procedures
If you would like to bring in your equipment for repair we are here to help. Our repair center is first come first serve so please stop by at your earliest convenience. All you need to do is bring your defective product to our store during business hours. We will take it from there. It usually takes 1-2 business days for an available slot to open up in the repair queue, at which time we will diagnose your product and call with the results. If your product is under warranty we will order the appropriate replacement part and call when the repair is completed.
